My husband had just been discharged from hospital so we were early arrivals. We were quite prepared to wait for our room, fortunately it was available. The lady at reception did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome leaving me feeling like we were a great imposition. All other reception staff Male and female were efficient and pleasant.
