Great location. Good attempt to block out noise from street below - appreciated the extra sliding screen window.

Location is excellent and convenient. Cleanliness and maintenance let them down. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and thick built up dust in and around sections of the room. Plus the pillow was stained.

Fantastic location close to the beach

Property is dated with a small bathroom but the shower was so good it made up for the small space. The bed really needs replacing as it was so soft so if that is done it would make the stay more comfortable. Thank you to Sam for your hospitality. We will definitely see you again.
