Welcome to our family home. We invite you to settle in and escape with us to the serene Adelaide Hills.

This home is located in the township of Nairne, just past Mt Barker. Upon arrival at our you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings and personal touches. Our home has been designed to accommodate all persons big and small. Entry into our home is via lockbox for ease of access 24 hours.

Our kitchen, living and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the couch with a freshly brewed coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge, and plenty of kitchenwares! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 10 seater dining.

Our home has one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Our second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has one single bed and a single bunk bed. There are wardrobes in some of the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes and our beds feature comfortable bedding & vintage wash linens. Laundry facilities are available in the home with a washing machine.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services available in the area. We will provide you with these details upon booking.

No parties or events

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
