Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean and well equipped. Basement parking very tight needs to be extra careful. Enjoyed staying close t0 markets, Victoria square and mall. Close to supercharger was convenient.

Lack of cooling only one aircon unit in the main room and did not cool bed rooms. No fans either. Summer in South Australia requires at least fans or sufficient unit to cool all areas

Friendly reception staff and very clean room/s. Location excellent - close to the Central Market, China Town and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Rundle Mall. Downsides: room had an odd smell that hit you as soon as you entered. We aired the apartment out for 1/2 hour each time we returned and it helped. Bedrooms v warm and stuffy at night. Main bedroom window opens into the internal hotel corridor and atrium so not practical to leave open at night (too noisy with early check outs and later night arrivals). Beds comfortable and good quality linens and pillows.

Unit was clean and spacious and comfortable. Only issue was no fan or air conditioner in the bed room. Washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus for me. Walking distances to the chinatown, casino and Randall Mall, between 12 to 15 minutes. Limited parking lots.
