Staff friendly. Hotel room was so noisy. Walls are.so thin could hear other guests loud conversations throught the night and doors slamming. Had a terrible sleep due to the constant noise. Air conditioning was so loud with no option to adjust it in the room.

Really great rooms, and quite large for a city centre hotel, breakfast was also really nice. We were unlucky as when we checked in 2 lifts were out, yet, even though we were on the first floor, we are not allowed to use the stairs, and had to wait 15 mins for the 1 lift, which seemed pedantic.

The room was great had 2 separate bedrooms with kitchenette. Bathroom was large but could have been cleaner. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were so friendly and amazing. Great area so central. Can walk everywhere

The one bedroom apartment was small. Eating area was a bench with stools. No desk area. The bathroom had a door on the shower that let water escape onto the tiled floor. As a result the bathroom floor was very slippery and unsafe.

It was central to the city centre and shopping area. Also the SA Gallery, which was why I was in Adelaide! As i was alone, it was very convenient to have a cafe downstairs. The Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and completely adequate... good price too! Thank you!

Strange room - Layout with TV on the wall no where near the bed or seating. Had a small kitchenette but had little crockery and cutlery. Had what they called a gym which was a small hotel room with 2 tread mills and a bike and little else (really!!!!). Would have been better to have not had one at all. Otherwise clean and comfortable bed.
