'Marina Retreat' Glenelg, Holiday Home, Great location!

A renovated three bedroom California Bungalow nestled by the Patawalonga River/Marina and just a short stroll to all the wonderful amenities that Glenelg and the Holdfast Shores has to offer.

‘Marina Retreat’ is conveniently located and renovated throughout. The bungalow comprises of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed; bedroom two has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has a double bed. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, and the lining is provided.

The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped with cooking, microwave and dishwasher facilities. It has a dining table and chairs to accommodate six. Leading off from the kitchen is a sunroom, ideal for sitting and relaxing.

The lounge is light and modern and has a sunroom leading off which overlooks the front courtyard garden, a lovely quiet retreat to enjoy your morning coffee.

The bathroom is modern with a shower, toilet and sink; all towels are provided.

The rear garden is lawned and paved and contains a sun house with laundry facilities.

There is street parking directly outside the house.

There are no hidden charges for bed linen, towels, electric, gas, or water usage. There is Netflix and WFFI available.



Local Attractions

Glenelg tram is a ten-minute walk; the tram is two stops away from Morphettville Racecourse and takes you directly into the city centre and to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

The J1 bus route at the end of the street takes you to Harbour Town Factory Outlet; Adelaide Airport and the City Centre.

The SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre at Marion is 5.5km, and the Holdfast Bay Bowling Club is 1km away.

Family Restaurants, Beach House Entertainment Complex and Jetty Road are only a few minutes walk.

Coles and Woolworths are a 10 minute walk away.

Proximity to two international golf courses (Glenelg Golf Course 2.7km, Adelaide Shores Golf Park, 2.6km).

We had everything we needed, nice and clean and great position, our pet dog enjoyed the stay especially walking alongside the river. Within walking distance to the Glenelg cafes restaurants and beach.

Fabulous house well equipped

This lovely house was welcoming, sparkling clean and in a fabulous location right near the marina in Glenelg. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to contact, and had provided extras to make the stay even better. I highly recommend the property and thank the owner for the presentation of such a lovely home for us to enjoy.

Excellent home for families

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was even better than it looked in the photos and was very spacious with rooms of the house that can be closed off so everyone can have space and privacy. There is a great backyard to have dinner in and a couple of vinos in the evening. The property is in a great location for beach walks, swimming or shopping but is super quiet at night. The home is well maintained and very clean. The beds are very comfortable with crisp linen. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed out ten night stay with family.
