Enjoy easy access to walking trails, nature parks, and Aldinga's Iconic drive on beach. Ideal for both short getaways and extended stays in SA’s scenic wine and coastal region.

The property:
Just moments from the pristine shoreline of Aldinga Beach, this coastal retreat offers the ideal mix of seaside relaxation and local charm. Spend your days swimming in crystal-clear waters, strolling along the sand, or exploring nearby cafĂ©s, wineries, and coastal trails. With the Fleurieu Peninsula’s best at your fingertips, your perfect beach escape begins here.

Step inside the brand-new built property, where you will enter in the hallway. As you walk down the hallway you will walk past bedroom 4 and the door to access the garage. Continuing down hallway you will also walk past the bathroom, half bathroom and bedroom 2 and 3. As you exit the hallway you will enter the open plan kitchen, dining and living area - the perfect space to enjoy meals with family and friends and pop on a show on the 65-inch TV. Lastly, you will find the entrance to the Master Bedroom within the living area, which will contain an ensuite and walk in closest. All together creating the perfect space for a luxurious and relaxing retreat.

Guess Access:
You have full access to the entire house, including the inviting living room, open kitchen and dining area, as well as the well-appointed bathrooms and four cozy bedrooms. Enjoy the freedom to relax and make yourself comfortable throughout every corner of this charming space.

There is two parking spots within the garage, and street parking available.

Points forts : Propreté
The property looked great in the photos and has a convenient location close to both the supermarket and the beach. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog - the outdoor area was perfect for a small pet.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by a few issues during our stay. The washing machine wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired during our week-long visit, which was challenging with a one-year-old. While Nick reimbursed 50 for the inconvenience, it did affect our stay.We also found the property lacked some of the details you’d typically expect in a short-stay rental, such as instructions for using the four TV remotes, central heating, or guidance on bin collection days (we only realised when we heard the truck coming).Some furnishings and amenities felt quite basic — the kitchen knives were blunt, the bedding was thin with only sheets (no doona covers), and one of the towels even had a hole.Additionally, the bedrooms let in a lot of light and there was noticeable road noise, so light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask and earplugs.Overall, the location and dog-friendly setup were positives, but a few maintenance and comfort improvements would make this property much more enjoyable.
