The receptionist was exceptionally kind, and I had a most pleasant stay. The hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed. If you require convenient airport proximity for an overnight stay or two, this hotel is ideal. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you again for the warm and friendly service provided by the receptionist.
A basic hotel close to the airport. The bathroom, in particular the sink was very small. They have a shuttle to the airport, but they charge for it plus the front desk closes at 6pm and isn't open very early, so unusual for an airport hotel.
The relaxed, homely, comfortable services and staff were very welcome to a solo, female, traveller like me. Options if having a relaxed drink in the bar, while choosing dinner from the menu, then dinner delivered to my room were really lovely. Great Food!
Every staff interaction was personalised, making us feel completely as if at home. The room was perfect for our needs and the hotel is so close to the airport but every effort has been made to ensure that rooms are quiet. The availability of the shuttle service was the icing on the cake. Thank you to everyone who contributed to a very pleasant stay!
We had a one night stay prior to an early morning flight. Staff were helpful. We took advantage of the shuttle bus the next morning which was $20 for the two of us. The property itself is clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. We could still hear noise even though we were informed that the glass windows are sound proofed. We stayed on a Sunday night so couldn't use the onsite restaurant as it's not open on weekends. The closest place for dinner is Harbour Town which you can walk too however on the weekend it closes at 5pm. You would need to purchase a salad and take back to your room earlier in the day. Other options are a pizza place that delivers or walk 25 minutes to the beach to dine at the surf club and 25 minutes back. If you have a car obviously it's easier to find something. As we were from interstate we didn't have that option.
This hotel ended up being a God send to us since we had been left behind by our cruise ship in Perth and unable to rejoin the ship until Adelaide. The stress of a 40 hr. trip from Canada to Perth and our treatment after we arrived in Perth left me with an excruciating pain in my neck. The owners/managers of this Best Western were so kind to us. They delivered a most delicious supper to our room along with a hot water bottle and an ice pack and they helped us carry our luggage to the cab that they arranged for us the next morning. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We were so happy to have chosen this wonderful place to stay and we really pray that their business will prosper. Thank you.
The manager was very helpful getting us a taxi. The room was fine but the bathroom could use a counter for putting toiletries and a lower mirror.
The schnitzel at the restaurant was very good.
Wonderful front desk service, with excellent help fitting us in for extra nights. Restaurant food was fantastic. Recommend the fish. Great facilities, washer, dryer. Overall very friendly and obligating staff.
As regional SA residents, Best Western Adelaide Airport is our preffered choice for early departing or late arriving flights. Close, clean, affordable and convenient.
