Spacious for 1, roomy for 2, ideal for 4, accommodates a maximum of 8.
Welcome to Summer Breeze on Cliff St. This airy, bright home is the epitome of coastal comfort living. Located on Cliff St in Glenelg East, Summer Breeze is walking distance to Glenelg and just a short drive to some of Adelaideâs best cafes, restaurants and shops. If youâre interested in a leisurely drive along the coast, we are only 35 minutes from the McLaren Vale wine region.
Upon arrival at Summer Breeze youâll immediately feel as though you`ve been whisked away to a coastal paradise. Entry into our home is via electronic smart lock for ease of access 24 hours.
This beautiful, spacious home has been recently updated to the highest of standards. Our open plan living, kitchen and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the sofa with a freshly brewed cup of tea and a âcanât put it downâ book. Open up the sliding doors and let the warm summer breeze flow through while you step out onto your private entertaining area with views out over the pool.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat at our generously sized dining table or open the door out to the backyard and entertain in style with our 8 seater dining, perfect for those long summer nights while the kids jump in the pool.
Our king size master suite has luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. There is a wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, full length mirrors and ceiling fan.
Our second and third bedrooms are both equipped with queen beds, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, vintage wash linen, ceiling fans and wardrobes while our fourth bedroom has a double bed and drawer storage.
Our brand new bathroom has a double shower, toilet, double sink, under basin storage and towel rails. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and a second toilet for your convenience. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities on us.
There is a generously sized backyard and parking available on site.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
