Amazing stay. The room and the hotel in general is a top quality. Very comfortable and clean room. Modern large bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast and very friendly staff
Mattresses too soft, woke every morning with backaches. Room service is only by request. Room was spacious enough with an excellent bathroom, above average large shower with regular shower head as well as rain shower. It's the little things that make the difference, for better or worse.
The property was nice. The room was a nice size. It was pretty close to the Rundle Mall. The only things I wish they did better- explain when I need to use my card to enter if I come back to the hotel late + routine clean up rather than asking on request.
Very surprised for the price. Accommodation was excellent. Clean, easy access lifts. Reception check-in easy. Also found the heating cooling vent blowing in the wrong direction at bed so by morning woke up very dry. Only downside is parking as need to park off-site at a cost of $25 per day
I’m a return customer, regularly staying here when in Adelaide for work. The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Constance who remembered me saying in passing when I came back late one night how I like a memory foam pillow and when I returned the next day I had one waiting for me on the bed! It’s this kind of customer service, coupled with the high standard of cleanliness that keep me coming back.
I booked an executive king suite for my recent stay and found the room to be excellent. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a great stay. My only criticism with this hotel is the breakfast service which is poor. Found the hot food to be mostly luke warm at best, coffee machine produces dreadful coffee, and too few staff on the weekend made the service slow. If the hotel could fix this, the hotel would become a hidden gem for stays in Adelaide
They do take $100 deposit, which a week later I still haven’t received back.
We asked for the room to be done, as it’s only done on request. The bed had been made poorly, but with the same, visibly dirty sheets that had accidentally spilled drink on.
The TV also didn’t work.
