Villa Rose - A Modern Classic Home Close to City Center

A unique property in Rose Park, this stylish home offers families and groups space for entertaining and fun with large light-filled rooms, spacious front and back yards, and an attractive rockpool. Ideally situated on the edge of Adelaide’s Parklands, Villa Rose is perfectly situated for enjoying some of Adelaide's premier events including Fringe Festival, WOMAD, sports, and cultural events.

The circa-1900 Federation sandstone villa sits amongst the Jacaranda trees of Rose Park, one of Adelaide’s finest residential neighbourhoods. Natural light filters through plantation shutters, and French doors open onto the rear lawn and pool.

Four generous queen-bed rooms are each adorned with luxurious flax linens. There are two marble bathrooms (one ensuite to the master bedroom) with a third powder room in the adjacent laundry.

A modern, spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances you might need, overlooks the main entertaining area. The cinematic television with surround sound and corner lounge is perfect for movie night. Ducted heating and cooling as well as the automatic gas fireplace provide year-round comfort.

Fabulous stay

We had such a great time at Villa Rose. The house was exactly as the pictures suggest. Everything was luxurious and comfortable. While I attended a conference in the city (short easy drive), my family ended up spending most of the time in the house and garden, walking to the cafe nearby and local shops to get groceries for cooking dinner at home, including a bbq on one night. We appreciated the air-conditioning, the pool, the spa, the child seat and books, the kitchen staples, the access to the movies - could not want for anything more. We would love to return one day and would highly recommend!
