Le logement est plutĂŽt trĂšs fonctionnel. NĂ©anmoins la propretĂ© du logement laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Sur l'annonce, il est notĂ© qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Il manque certains ustensiles de cuisine (spatule, cuillĂšre en bois). Et il serait bien de prĂ©ciser qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking et qu'il faut se garer Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la rĂ©sidence (il existe un parking gratuit Ă  5 minutes de marche). Nous avons quand mĂȘme passer une trĂšs bonne semaine de vacances avec la piscine qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable

A notre arrivĂ©e on contact JĂ©rĂŽme qui est encore occupĂ© avec les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents... nous avons reçu la clĂ© en moins de 2min.(dans le couloir) Nous dĂ©couvrons seul la location c est parfait que faut il de plus?? La climatisation peux ĂȘtre mais le ventilation fait dĂ©jĂ  du bien . Nous Ă©tions 3( 1 couple et ma maman) semaine au top vraiment gĂ©nial. Dommage que ya que 1 badges pour la barriĂšre car du coup on devait Ă  chaque fois ce contacter pour rentrĂ© ou sortir. Ps:n'ayez craintes de petit lĂ©zard ce balade Ă  l extĂ©rieur il ne sont pas mĂ©chant (il auront mm peur de vous) Sinon parfait petit conseil prĂ©voyez de l anti moustiques tropical pour moustiques tigre. Nous retournerons trĂšs vite au cap agde...

Coin cuisine rĂ©duit et Ă©quipement un peu anarchique, manquent quelques ustensiles de base importants pour cuisiner, maniques, couteau office, planche Ă  dĂ©couper.. La propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale Ă©tait correcte mais les sols laissaient franchement Ă  dĂ©sirer et l'alĂšse du lit de la chambre Ă©tait douteuse. Dans la salle Ă  manger, une prise Ă©lectrique double Ă©tait sortie de son logement mural, pendait avec fils apparents, et prĂ©sentait une large tĂąche de carbone attestant d'Ă©tincelles. De mĂȘme, une multiprise raccordĂ©e au micro-onde a gĂ©nĂ©rĂ© des Ă©tincelles internes. Nous l'avons dĂ©branchĂ©e aussitĂŽt. La cuvette des toilettes, installĂ©e curieusement en diagonale, prĂ©sentait une lunette branlante, fuyant sous le sĂ©ant. A part cela, tout Ă©tait trĂšs correct, le cadre est agrĂ©able, la plage toute proche trĂšs belle, les tennis sont en bon Ă©tat et apportent un vrai plus. Mention dĂ©favorable pour le concierge de la rĂ©sidence, qui prĂ©sentait des signes Ă©vidents d'Ă©briĂ©tĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (un peu en dehors de ses horaires, Ă  sa dĂ©charge), et qui a eu toute les peines du monde Ă  assurer notre accueil. Passons. Dans l'ensemble une prestation tout juste correcte, qui pourrait devenir excellente avec quelques ajustements.
