Appartement entièrement rénové avec goût, WI FI OFFERT ! . Situés au pied des commerces de proximité. Plage du Môle en moins de 5 minutes à pieds.
Il est composé d'un séjour avec coin cuisine équipée,une belle terrasse,salle d'eau avec douche et WC, mezzanine avec lit double.

SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE:

La résidence "LES HUNIERS" est située dans le quartier du Môle, à 400 m du centre port. Résidence sécurisée, accès par code.
Magasin d'alimentation, boulangerie, coiffeur, restaurant, plat à emporter, laverie situés au pied de l'immeuble.
Plage de sable du Môle à 100 m par allée piétonne directe. Arrêt de bus à 200 mètres.

IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 470 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 90 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
Les deux chèques seront détruits dans la semaine suivant le départ si le logement est restitué dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée. Le dépôt de garantie peut également être versé en espèces.
Un ménage de fin de séjour peut être commandé moyennant un supplément..
