Freundlicher Kommunikation vor der Ankunft ,und netter Empfang vor Ort (nicht Vermieterin). In der Wohnung war alles sauber, die Ausstattung, drinnen und draußen ist umfangreich und modern. Besonders nützlich die Waschmaschine nach täglichen Besuchen am ganz nah gelegenen Strand.Abends einiges los an der Promenade und den Beachbars, Musik daher teilweise länger hörbar. Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen für jeglicge Art von Ausflügen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!Sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastisch

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in cap d'agde. Een mooi appartement met alle gemakken. Uitgeruste keuken, vernieuwde badkamer, mooi ingericht, goede ligging,... Wat wil je nog meer!!

Wohnung mit viel Einrichtung, großer Terasse in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung einer älteren Residenz wurde vielfach aufgewertet und bringt viel Inventar mit. Ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Induktionsherd, ein Gasgrill, Sonnenliegen und Ventilatoren sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist recht modern, die Böden der Wohnung wurden inkl. Terasse neu gemacht. Besonders die Terasse unterscheidet sich deutlich von den restlichen Wohnungen, dazu ist dort ein kleiner Verschlag um Sachen einzuschließen. Für eine Familie reicht die Größe gerade noch so. Die Lage ist 1A+. Leider wurde der Strand aber dermaßen mit Beach-Clubs zugebaut, dass man hier in der Saison keine Ruhe bekommt. Teilweise wird bis Morgens früh laute Party-Musik gespielt. Schade um die ehemals so ruhige Gegend. Alles war vorhanden, bis auf das in der Anzeige eingetragene WLAN. Auch die Betten entsprachen nicht ganz der Größe, waren aber sehr bequem.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen mängeln

Schöne kleine Wohnung. Aber nach Abreise Ärger, da zwar endreinigung bezahlt. Aber unfreundliche Email von der vermieterin das wir nicht geputzt hätten. Lage strandnähe toll. Nachts laut.
