El hotel estuvo muy limpio, en un lugar tranquilo y además fue fácil de llegar. El staff fue muy amable y nos dio instrucciones claras para la llegada y el check-in, lo que hizo todo el proceso rápido y sencillo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y me volvería a quedar aquí.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the entire island. The staff were extremely friendly and the property is amazing for relaxing. The rooms are also nicely decorated and are huge!

It was a pretty chill place like being in the woods cabin vibes there was a mini fridge to store your snacks and drinks as well as a microwave the room came with a queen size bed and a futon sofa it was pretty roomy the pool wasn't bad the jacuzzi doesn't work but it didn't bother me i lounged in it

I loved the price, it's excellent. The only thing that smelled damp was the smell, but it's on a mountain in a forest, so it's normal. You turn on the air conditioning on dry and it goes away.

Very attentive and responsive to every inquiry made. Staff was very friendly which made for a pleasant stay. The hacienda feel to it made it feel pretty exclusive! The wifi signal was a little unreliable at times but it's almost to be expected when being up in the mountains!

1. Problems with power throught the stay. 2. Portable A/C in a room dripped water all night wetting kids entire clothing. Since there were NO power they could not use dryer to resolve the issue. Terrible experience. I don't think the place is ready yet to operate
