I didn’t like that the sheets and the pillow cases looked dirty the bathroom had no shampoo conditioner and no towels we had to ask for the essential in the front desk no safety box no iron where available. So I give it 1 star

Hotel staff is inexperienced, they lack basic amenities. AC usage is extra, rooms are low quality. No hot water, must call 30 minutes before using hot water.

The hotel room didn't even had any towels to start with... The room was not comfortable at all even thou they a have a good building new... But they're not taking care of it at all not the rooms or the guests. Never staying here again or anyone of my staff Thanks
