Nos hemos quedado en reiteradas ocasiones en este hotel, hemos pasado navidades, graduaciones, bodas y muchos eventos mas, pero la calidad ha bajado considerablemente con el pasar de los años. Los eventos dejan mucho que desear (la navidad 2024 parecía baile popular), el mantenimiento se ve deficiente pero esta ocasión supero todo pues encontramos un visitante no deseado en la habitación. Para hacerse llamar hotel "Grand Class" dejan mucho que desear. Esto se detecto el día del check-out, para fortuna nuestra una supervisora estaba entregando algo en la habitación contigua y pudimos hacer la observación en ese momento que desconozco se haya hecho reporte de lo sucedido

I definelty would say it needs a renovation its is getting worn our - i am very happy with Quinta Real in other parts of mexico however Aguascaliente needs to renovate the rooms-bath tub was worn out not shower wand - bathroom is so worn out - carpet is old needs a good clean up

Staff was not helpful my entire stay. I made a few attempts reaching reception and never received an answer. The AC unit was on but did not work. Cockroaches present when I attempted to open the window.

Terrible service at the receptionist, I did arrive at 2AM it was nobody at the desk after 15 minutes the receptionist came out and not even an apology and she had a really bad attitude, sorry I wake her up. It was not a security persona, and the door open wild
