This beautiful villa of 125 m², bastide type, 10 minutes from the sea, was built in 2008.
This is the main home of our little family, so take care; we rent it during our holidays.

The 2 floors are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
It has a green garden (lawn area with automatic watering), trees and a swimming pool.

On the ground floor :
  - A contemporary master suite of 20 m² (bedroom, bathroom with Italian shower, dressing) with direct access to the pool: built in 2015
  - An independent toilet
  - A large open living room including the kitchen (fully equipped), the living room and the dining room
  - A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, steam generator)

Upstairs :
  - 1 bedroom closed and not accessible for rent
  - 2 bedrooms with parquet floors (sleeps 3) completely redone in 2018
  - 1 bathroom with toilet and corner bath

Closed parking space in front of the garage.

The villa is quietly located at the end of a dead end. You can easily and quickly walk (5 minutes) to the city center to visit the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes or go to the market.

A deposit will be required upon booking and a certificate of liability insurance.

The linen is provided: sheets, towels, kitchen towel.

End-of-rental cleaning is planned; however, we ask you to leave the house tidy, the dishes washed, the dirty laundry deposited in the laundry room.
