In a quiet residence, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, we will be happy to welcome you in a pretty F2. With contemporary decoration and fully equipped, you will feel at home from the first moments.
On the 3rd floor of a new building with elevator and caretaker. The apartment is very spacious. An F2 of 54m2 consisting of a large living room, a large bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
It is good, air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. The linen is provided.

Ideally located near the beach, close to the city center and full of small shops all around.
All amenities are nearby and within walking distance you will not need the car:
At the turn of the street you have the bakery cartier, the supermarket, a pharmacy, etc. . .
5 min walk you have the choice between the beach "Claire Fontaine" or "Beau Séjour".
Two lanes further a green public garden with rides for children.
The city center "Place du 20 Aout" is only 10 minutes walk, you will find restaurants, dairies, cafes that embarra the choice. And for those who like shopping or just strolling you have plenty of shops in the alleys around, otherwise the market where you would find everything.
