From the kitchen, the clever design of the home seamlessly flows through to the a spacious combined lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that lead out to the spacious tiled deck area which runs the complete length of the front of the home. Here you you will find the large gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and lounge chair making it the perfect place for afternoon and pre dinner drinks and alfresco dining with family and friends while enjoying the uninterrupted ocean views and the Whitsunday Islands beyond.

The lower level of this home showcases a large 5th bedroom with its own private lounge area and ensuite. This level also has a secure undercover double lockup garage.
