- A beautiful terrace that will be equipped with an outdoor dining area from spring
- A first bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm), chest of drawers and small wardrobe
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a cupboard/wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine
- Independent toilets.

- Secure building with closed garage in the apartment's private parking (Width 220 cm - Minimum height 190 cm - Minimum depth 440 cm)
- Bed linen and towels are provided for 4
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure.

Important notes:
- As the handover of the keys is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.
- The apartment is located on the 1st floor WITHOUT elevator

- A 2-minute walk from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...).

- 5 minutes by car from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course (a bus line serves the city center every hour)

- 25 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage

- 35 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake

- A 40-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz

Aix-Les-Bains is very well served:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble by the Alpine motorway network.
- its station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the city at different times of the day.

Internal regulations:
The cleaning fee includes the provision, cleaning and installation of bed and bath linen.
If the accommodation is not returned to a normal state of cleanliness, requiring more than a normal cleaning for the company, additional costs may be charged to the Tenant. (e.g. washing dishes is not included)
