The room smelled like smoke/body odor/sweat/possibly cat urine. The bathtub has black mold in it. Bathroom didn't appear clean. The fridge was dirty and slimy. The bedspread had blood spots on it. The photo of the room on the site didn't match the room we got. I was going to wash clothes but there was chunks of food in the washer, gross and dirty. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid to stay.

The only thing was when someone’s fire alarm goes off everyone’s goes off and got woken up while trying to fall asleep. My room was very nice though and the front desk people were friendly

Hotel room SUCKED... i would add more pics of the stained bedding but i had them come change that as soon as i came in. Pulled the sheets back and there was hair on the sheets along with the stains.. i could go on but... no point. Dont stay here! Wouldve taken more pics but, no point..

This room was so terrible. Even for the price I expected better. The whirlpool tub was so dirty I wouldn’t have washed my dog in it. The bed was just a mattress on top of a metal platform. Definitely not good if you have any sort of back troubles. Just walking down the halls reminded me of a nursing home. The room smelled musty and made my skin crawl as soon as I walked in. There were tiles missing in the bathroom as well as chunks of the walls just missing. The toilet seat was broke in half. I didn’t even unpack. I walked in, looked around and immediately booked a hotel room somewhere else. Then proceeded to leave and check out from this hotel.

We stayed in a king size bed with a jetted tub. It was very nice and clean. Our room had a conjoining door to the room next to us and I think that’s why it seem noisy. Other wise the staff was friendly and courteous, there were vending and ice machines local, and the area was nice with restaurants and uber available.

Very disappointed

We have stated other Wyndham hotels, but this one was a disappointment. The outlets in the kitchen did not work. We had to move the microwave across the room. Stains on the bed comforter. Ceiling in bathroom is badly cracked and stained. The blow dryer in the bathroom did not work in any of the outlets. The pitcher of milk had old milk on the rim at the breakfast area.

The front desk staff was wonderful—check-in was a breeze thanks to the link sent via text, which made everything quick and easy when I arrived. Unfortunately, the room itself was extremely disappointing. The bedding had visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was the worst part. The jetted bathtub, which was part of the shower setup, was in terrible condition—it was peeling with paint, covered in sticky residue, and had black marks around the edges. The jets didn’t even work. While the showerhead itself looked decent, the tub was just plain disgusting and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The shower area clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the shower curtain had disturbing black stains. There were also gross stains on the walls. On top of all that, guests were running up and down the halls, slamming doors all night. While the lobby was clean and well-organized, the condition of the room made me so uncomfortable that I left earlier in the morning than I had planned.

Not bad for price, but whirlpool suite was filthy

My husband and I reserved the whirlpool suite for our staycation. It was mostly clean in the sleeping area but i cannot say the same for the bathroom. There was a strong urine smell around the toilet area. The toilet had feces around the two tabs that hold the toilet seat on, more under the lid, and on the rim. The base under the bowl and the pedestal of the toilet was streaked with filth and urine. The whirlpool had a dirty ring around it, knobs and shower head was dirty around them, and dirty handprints on the surrounding shower walls. There was complimentary Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash but only the bodywash wasnt empty. No big deal there, we used what we brought anyway. We just informed the cleaners we passed in the hallway at checkout. Because we got the room for a discount from an app I didn't want to complain to the front desk. But, luckily my husband and I have our own cleaning business and had cleaning supplies in our vehicle which we used to clean the bathroom. Even after thouroughly cleaning and scrubbing we still had to fill the whirlpool several times and clean it out with the jets on because hair and other debris was still floating around (that came from inside the hoses for the jets) after we filled it. I'd say cleaning took away from our alone time. Complaining about it would either cause a room change(after we were settled), or someone coming in to clean (awkward for them and us).

Sub par room

Upon first entering the room, it smelled smoky, so i had to buy an air frshener for the room. There was trash in the bathroom trash can, and hair on the floor. The whirlpool tub looked old and something one would not to lay in for a bath. The remote for the tv had missing parts. the hair dryer had the cord cut off it, so you couldnt use it. Lastly, the bed was not comfortable at all. The only positive was that they offered a continental breakfast. For a Wyndam hotel, i was surprised at the low quality of the room.

The room was not clean to any standard. The floor certainly weren’t sweat nor mop. There was debris and hair throughout the floor area. The bathtub was not even touched. There was a used bar open in there and hair everywhere, but the towels weren’t the whitest and kinda unsure if they were even clean or not. Missing body soap from shower. The door handle came off when I went to open it.
