Perfect hotel for visiting Kent State.

This is a perfect hotel for visiting Kent State. Great location and good price. I would suggest providing a free continental breakfast.

Pool and hot tub closed

Very disappointed the hot tub and pool were closed and it wasn’t current information at the booking. Not sure if that’s an issue of communication with hotels.com app or hotel itself. Other than that hotel is clean and comfortable and always a wonderful place to stay

The website and the phone number I called both told me that they had a pool and that’s why we went with this hotel we get there and the pool was closed so we did not stay the second day, it’s been over 10 business days, and I still have not received my refund back from the second day
