The first room has paint covers over the smoke detector and sprinkler head. No bedspread. The beds looked ancient and sagged terribly. The tub was rusted and there was dirt in the corners and along every wall. The hallway carpeting is filthy and it smells bad. The second room was only one bed for three adults. The room was no cleaner and the smoke detector was missing. The third room is barely acceptable. The beds are pathetic. The room is not clean. One elevator is out of order. The other one has a loose panel where the call buttons are located. This is a poor example of a motel never mind a Radisson and I wouldn’t suggest it for my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The hotel was dirty from the floors in the public area needing swept, lobby furniture was dirty, rooms were not cleaned well (the bathtub was dirty. The staff was hassling other customers on returning their room deposit. There was trash in the parking lot, that was there for a full day. Cigarette butts outside by the entrance. My wife woke up in the morning with a couple of bite marks on the back of her leg-we are hoping it isn’t bed bugs but we are treating as such.

The hotel does not live up to Radisson Standards

Upon check-in, I was told to move car from carport before entering room & asked to not use lobby restroom as it was "really dirty"; king size bed had stained duvet cover; business printer broken entire 5 day stay; hotel does not own Do Not Disturb door hanger signs;1 of 2 elevators down; overflowing community trash; front desk provided new guest a key to my room so an unknown man walked into my room unannounced; front desk called me at 1AM asking me to pay for the room I paid for that morning at 9AM; outside dumpster unsanitary; when asked, front desk stated the cushions in the hotel.com picture were owned by the restaurant and I could ask them to put them out when they open at 5PM; a rotten moldy tissue was left in the bathroom tissue box which had been refilled with tissues; provided a g-mail address when I asked to be compensated for the hotel not meeting my expectations.

The ladies workjng front desk were fantastic. The guy not so much. Room looked unkept. We had 1 towel on check in, no shampoo nothing.

We tried FOUR rooms trying to find one that was clean. They all had pubic hair and body hair in the showers and/or on the bathroom floor. The staff showed up with furniture polish to clean the bathroom. I asked him to come back with bathroom cleaners. He told me THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY BATHROOM CLEANING SUPPLIES!!! They let us cancel our reservation, gave us a refund, and we stayed somewhere else.

This hotel clearly used to be quite nice but has fallen off a bit. There was peeling paint and some stains on the walls. Two reading lights over the bed did not work. Hallways smelled of tobacco and pot smoke and only one of two elevators were working. The staff were nice but we did not need to interact very much. Parking was easy and the EV fast chargers were a big plus. With a bit of investment and fixing up this could be very nice but it currently has the feel of a hotel that will be closing soon.

The room was run down. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The a/c unit made more noise than a thunderstorm. And to top it off less than 15 minutes after we checked in they assigned our room to another couple whose key opened our door.

Cheap but at a cost.

Between filthy hallways full of wrappers, stairways full of food scraps, food wrappers, slow service at the counter, staff always away getting towels for the pool, a bar and that seemed to never be open, I have to wonder how it stays in business. The windows are very thin and let in a lot of highway noise. One elevator was down for repair but the main one had a very loose panel. When did Radisson mean less quality than a super 8?

Checked in, walked into someone else’s room, went and got a new room. Was told wrong room again, given new keys went to room, just fell asleep little after midnight… other guests were given a key and given the same room we were in. So they walked in. Woke us up. Then receptionist calls to apologize and ask who I am. Like you should know who is in what room. Go back to sleep after we finally settle down from being woken up to strangers in our room.. then the front desk calls at 730 in the morning… whyyyyy they let it ring 2 times then hang up. Just enough to wake us up. Terrible terrible experience.

The rooms are badly in need of updating. They have 2 elevators and 1 was out of order the two nights we stayed. The only working elevator was out of order for part of the time. They did not provide adequate tolietries…no soap or gel for shower, only face soap. Expensive for condition of property. Will not book again!

Friendly and quick check in. It was late but the front desk was friendly and it was quick. Breakfast was decent. Clean rooms and we forgot a wallet and they resolved it quickly.

The first room we were given was occupied, the 2nd was not accessible. The floors in the hotel were extremely dirty, the bathrooms smelled horrible and were extremely dirty. The lobby floors, hallways and elevator were all dirty. We refused to stay on property and are requesting a full refund. We did not stay at the property.

The locks on the back doors were all broken so the building was accessible to all. There were people about at all hours, hanging out in the parking lots. Very outdated and dirty overall. They also upped the nightly deposit from the $50 listed on Expedia to $150.
