The house is very large it has 3 large bedrooms with its own bathroom, and a large comfortable sofa bed with a separate bathroom so it is more than enough for 6-8 people. The second bedroom is upstairs on the roof. and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance into the house so its very intimate and provides guests with a very intimate setting.

Additionally, enjoy 5-star amenities inside the complex, such as beach clubs, pools, gym, and tennis courts. And get preferred rates on golf course, restaurants, and the all-inclusive day pass, for all food and drinks.

ELECTRCITY
When you come in the electricity counter lecture will be taken as well as for your check out. A charge of 8.5 pesos per Kilowatt (approx 0.45 USD per KW) will be deducted at the end of your stay from your security deposit.

AC being the largest source of electricity consumption, one way to limit the extra charge we recommend to run the AIR Conditioner only when necessary. -It is recommended to have your own vehicle. Parking is provided and located next to the condo.
-Taxis are available at the SIAN KA'AN Hotel.
-Bicycle rental is also available in the Lobby of the SIAN KA'AN Hotel, where one can experience the beautiful grounds of the Bahia Principe.
- Free shuttle to the Beach Club all while enjoying the beautiful Maya jungle setting, where the white sands and crystal clear water of the Caribbean await.
-Beach access is complimentary and reduced rates are offered for day and night passes for the all-inclusive amenities.
