Tranquil and idyllic summer house with a private pool with breathtaking views, making it the ultimate retreat to get away from it all. Set on a picturesque hilltop, this stunning property offers panoramic vistas of the surrounding countryside.

The house itself is a charming rustic masterpiece, full of character. As you step into the house, you are greeted by a spacious living area, complete with a comfortable seating area, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens up to stairs that lead to the pool and the breathtaking views beyond.

The pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, with a sun deck for lounging. The pool has been recently refurbished, making it perfect for a refreshing swim on warm summer days or for an evening dip under the stars.

The house has 4 bedrooms, with a total of 5 beds and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space for friends and family. The bedrooms are charming, each with an individual look and feel. A wonderful stay

Incredible backyard, full outside kitchen, big pool, lot of room inside the house. We had much fun staying there the 7 of us. Excellent communication with Miguel (property manager). We would definitely come back for an even long stay!

The property and location were above our expectations.

The host Miguel was extremely kind, professional, helpful and responsive to our group of 6 adults. We stayed at this dream property for 13 nights and would have stayed longer because it had everything we wanted, and was located in a perfect spot for visiting historical sites, and for shopping for our meal items as well as for handcrafts. Amenities were comprehensive; secure parking for our two vehicles was just outside the door; townspeople were friendly; outside sounds were limited to sheep, mules, migrating birds, mourning doves, and the occasional dog. We visited many locations during the day or stayed at the property to take advantage of the outdoor pool, reading and eating areas, and in the evenings had pool tournaments and chess competitions, or played board games (which we had brought with us). We went out for dinner on only two occasions to good restaurants within 20 minutes drive. Our only complaints were that the mattresses were a little thin, lighting could be improved (especially over the food preparation area) and the breakers had to be reset regularly in the evenings because they overloaded. So the electrical system should perhaps be upgraded. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our family vacation in rural Portugal and highly recommend this property. Thank you Miguel!!!

Estadia fantástica numa casa muito bonita com decoração rústica mesmo no centro histórico de Terena. O Castelo medieval fica mesmo ao lado. Points à améliorer : mauvaise literie, la maison gagnerait à être moins encombrée, une révision de l'électroménager serait la bienvenue. Nous avons surtout profité de l'extérieur.
