Situated in Torre Soli this popular three bedroom villa stands out for its uncomplicated modern interior and tranquil terraces.

Situated on the hillside in Torre Soli the villa has road side parking area with 16 steps leading down to the front door.

As everything is centered on one floor, you have the living spaces to the right and the bedrooms and bathrooms to the left.

Leading off from the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with American bar and a cosy dining room which overlooks the BBQ area.

From the comfortable furnished lounge you can step out onto the large covered terrace with a built in BBQ, dining furniture and splendid seaviews.

To the right of the lounge there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of the rooms overlook the pool area and the other faces the rear. There are two bathrooms in the villa.

From the covered terrace there are a few steps down to the rectangular 8x4 metre pool, sun bathing area and terraced gardens.

Please note that the air conditioning at this villa operates on a timer and is available from 1pm until 4pm and from 7pm until 5am​.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle BellamiradaÂŽ.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.

Die KĂŒcheneinrichtung ist gut, könnte aber verbessert werden.Die Trennung per Gitter von Terrasse und Pool ist mit Kinder sehr sehr gut.

Could be better

What could have been a super villa was spoiled by poor maintenance, and lack of investment by the owner. The management service could not be faulted, but much was beyond their remit. The beds were obviously very well worn and most uncomfortably hard and lumpy. The plumbing was tired and showers difficult to regulate (no hot water at all last two days!) For a three bed villa the catering equipment was inadequate, we struggled with only two of us! The pool was only suitable for confident swimmers as the shallowest water came up to my chin! It should be notified to prospective hirers as it is not suitable for children. We feel that this villa is not up to the standard we usually find for the price we have paid!

Very tired and dated with broken and tatty furnishings. AC on a timer with silly times.

Won’t be rushing back to this house. It has a lovely view but that is it. Firstly the bed mattresses are far too hard and lumpy! The outside chairs are plastic with cracked seats that trap and rip clothing when you stand up. 2 dressses ruined so we had to sit on towels. The AC is on a timer and only on in the bedrooms which is no where near the kitchen so it’s far too hot to cook or eat - intact the fridge and freezer even battled for the first few days. The timer is set to come in at 1pmish and off at 3 ish. Then back on 8-4am then back on for a short time around 6 then off. Basically you wake up and the rooms are already hot. I think for the amount we spent we could have had our own control! It’s too far to walk anywhere. It’s on top of a hill and too far from shops and beach and club Jaime... but we did have kids and it was really hot. There is a little shop for fresh bread and milk at the end of the road though. Son Bou is a good location for being close to other lovely places.

Villa con vista mare, splendida terrazza

La villa risponde alle foto pubblicate, peccato il forte odore di chiuso che ci ha accolti all'arrivo e che non ci ha consentito di tenere i vestiti negli armadi e le stoviglie riposte nei mobiletti della cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno consegnato le chiavi e fornito indicazioni per raggiungere l'abitazione, nessuno si Ăš preoccupato di accompagnarci. Il cambio della biancheria, incluso per contratto Ăš stato effettuato dopo due soli giorni dal nostro arrivo anzichĂš a metĂ  soggiorno e l'aria condizionata Ăš presente ma a orari imposti.
