The living room has comfortable sofas, Smart TV and music system, and opens through large doors to the outdoor dining area, garden and magnificent private swimming pool, achieving a perfect connection between the interior and exterior. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. The property is completed with an independent utility room that has a washing machine and electric water heater.



Regarding the bedrooms, there is one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two have single beds. There is a second bathroom with bathtub.



Outside, Villa Nicolas offers a spacious furnished terrace with table and chairs, lawn garden, and a private swimming pool surrounded by a well-maintained high hedge.
