Villa Nineta by Escape Home

Beautiful villa of 242 meters built with three Mediterranean-style bedrooms, located very close to the Son Bou beach and the shopping center. It has a private access for the car and the whole house is built on the same level, so it is very comfortable.

From the street you go up the stairs to the terrace level where there is a nice area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa.

Inside, it has a wonderful living room with TV, air conditioning and open through an arch leading to the fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has three bedrooms, the main room, a little larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other 2 bedrooms ( with fans ) with 2 single beds each . Finally a separate bathroom with bathtub.

Outside it consists of two areas, the first area, where the pool is located, from which you can enjoy pleasant views of the sea and is equipped with outdoor furniture and the second area has a large terrace with a barbecue to enjoy with the family.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.



No pets allowed.



Tourism Tax:



In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
