Immaculately appointed interiors, two spacious indoor living areas + outdoor dining, thoughtfully designed southern aspect for real privacy and so much more!

Walk through the front door and the magnificent Porongurup Range awaits you. This stunning 180° degree view is breathtaking - hazy and soft in summer, crisp and clear in winter.

Our home is charmingly decorated to a Modern Boho - Chic style. The crisp white backdrop, specially selected antique furniture, simple and understated home wares, create a style that emulates the true spirit of the house.

A well appointed, bright and spacious kitchen* awaits you. Perfectly positioned to easily prepare and enjoy meals with friends and family.

There are two separate living areas. One is on entry level and provides an open, spacious social setting adjacent to the dining and kitchen area. The second living area is for peace and quiet. Go downstairs and you have tranquillity with no distractions, other than the beautiful ambience of the meditation garden and beyond.

The bathroom* and ensuite* are luxuriously appointed. We only use the best crisp white linen and all mattresses are deluxe standard. Our comfortable outdoor setting and barbecue on the balcony, provide yet another living area retreat, again with uninterrupted views.

Bookings for two people have the complete and private use of the queen sized master bedroom, the adjoining en suite bathroom, two living areas (upstairs & downstairs), kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, an additional toilet downstairs plus an outdoor hot shower. If as a two person booking you require the use of the additional bedroom, bathroom and toilet, then please confirm at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. An extra charge applies.

Centrally located, you can either walk to the shops, ride your bike into town or take a 5 minute car trip to Middleton Beach. There is a regular bus service to town at the front door.

If you are very lucky you may get to spot our resident hen..... she can be shy. Be certain to try our outdoor heated shower too.

Beautiful views, but mixed experience overallThe house itself is lovely—spacious, bright, and with truly stunning views. The bathrooms were modern and well-appointed, and the living area was comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning. However, the bedrooms were very cold during our stay, as there were no heaters provided initially. I contacted Helen, and to her credit, she responded promptly and brought additional heaters.Cleanliness was mostly good, except in the kitchen. On arrival, the dishwasher was running—not with dishes, but with the sponge, scourer, and cloth inside. Helen explained they were being sterilized, though I personally found this method wasteful and would prefer biodegradable replacements. Unfortunately, the cheese toastie maker was greasy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the kitchen drawers had visible dirt and stains.I reached out to Helen to flag these issues, mainly to ensure I wouldn’t be charged for them. She came over, but her approach was unexpectedly confrontational and dismissive. When I pointed out the grime, she wiped it with her sleeve and insisted there was no dirt. She removed the dirty toastie maker and locked it away, but continued to downplay the other concerns. Her attitude felt intimidating, and I ended up agreeing not to pursue the matter further as long as no extra cleaning fees were applied.Overall, the property has great potential, but the kitchen hygiene and host interaction left me feeling uneasy. Super Modern House with great views.

This is the nicest property we've rented in WA. Stylish and spacious with a living room overlooking super views. So nicely fitted out, it feels like a treasured home and not like a standard rental property. Were so glad this was the last place we rented for our WA trip, if it had been our first all the other properties would have been very second best. Really lovely house

The house is beautifully presented and is very clean and modern. Vast amounts of space including a garden and veranda with barbecue on it. Bed comfortable. Good kitchen with everything you need. Very modern bathroom.

Enjoyable time

It was a great experience to stay in this place for three nights with my children for holiday in Albany. The location is perfect and it’s easy to drive to the beach, shopping centre, the city of Albany and other places. It’s designed very well, specially the kitchen and dining area. It’s quite area and has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our holiday and I wished we could stay more. I initially had issues with the price agreement as the listing apparently showed an incorrect rate, however Helen honoured the pricing and that was sorted out. Lovely accommodation in a quiet area.

The house was wonderful and the kitchen was quite well equipped for self catering. The house was modern and spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. It was in a quiet area within easy driving distance to restaurants. Helen was communicative and helpful.

Positioned just a 5 min drive from the town centre and close to the beach ...the area has great coastal drives ...walks and inland walks...and some interesting history ...lovely views over the country side from the property...its well equipped...spacious and quiet

Lovely large house

My friend & I stayed for 3 nights. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was great near shops & restaurants. House was wonderful. The most amazing views of the many different birds flying around the area. We managed to catch a quick glimpse of the illusive hen. Lol Highly recommended.
