Nice home in Alberique

Spacious holiday home surrounded by nature with a beautiful private pool and various terraces where you can enjoy delicious barbecues and good conversation with friends. The basketball hoop is also great fun for young and old. Despite the quiet location, which ensures your well-deserved rest, you can reach all the necessary services, such as shops, bars, etc. in less than 10 minutes by car. What you should not miss: A visit to the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias (Valencia City of Arts and Sciences) as well as a trip to La Malvarrosa beach. The pool can be heated for you on request and for a fee from 01 April to 31 October, at least 2 days before arrival. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.

Lage etwas abseits

Das Haus war okay. Die Zufahrtsstrassen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe (holperig). Die Lage war allerdings ziemlich abgelegen. Fahrzeug ist also unbedingt nötig.Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden!

Mooi huisje, heel veel kwaliteiten, maar een beetje verwaarloosd.

Zeer goede ontvangst door dame. Huisje maakt een beetje verwaarloosde indruk. Heel dicht bij autostrade die toch wel veel lawaai maakt. Dit wisten wij niet op voorhand. Heel veel materiaal, kookgerei, dit was prima.

Sorpresa desagradable

La verdad es que la casa es tal cuál se puede apreciar en las fotos, pero tanto el trato recibido cómo el intento de estafa queriéndonos cobrar más de lo estipulado en el contrato no es aceptable. Las sábanas y toallas que son algo imprescindible no pueden salir cómo un coste extra que no se encuentra junto con los pagos fijos, de limpieza y eléctricos. Esconder un pago indispensable me parece muy poco profesional por parte de Novasol y deja en evidencia su poca profesionalidad y falta de cuidado con los clientes.
