Only a 2-minute stroll away, you`ll find Riverside Park amenities, including a spa pool for winter relaxation, a swimming pool for summer fun, a gym, basketball hoop, BBQ facilities, and a community hall with a kitchen. Just across the road, there`s a large open reserve perfect for cricket, football, kite flying, or frisbee golf.
The house enjoys all-day sun and features a large heat pump and pellet heater in the lounge, as well as panel heaters in each bedroom. Double glazing throughout ensures you`ll stay warm and comfortable year-round. The dining and living areas offer stunning mountain views, with an easy-to-use futon for an extra child.
The north-facing, open-plan living and dining space flows effortlessly through sliding doors to a fully fenced outdoor area, which is toddler-safe. The patio and deck are perfect for alfresco dining. After a day on the slopes or the water, relax with a drink, sit back, and enjoy the views.
