Welcome to "La Pause du Savoir Albigeois", a charming town house with garage and garden, on 3 levels, close to the Champollion University Institute, the Pierre ALMARIC media library, the large CORDELIERS theater (home to the National Stage of 'ALBI) and the future LAPEROUSE museum. Here, you will enjoy the calm of a residential area while being close to the tourist city center of Albi.
The strong points of our rental:
1. Quiet and sunny garden: Relax on the west-facing terrace of the garden at the back of the house. It's the perfect place to enjoy a drink in peace or have your meals 😊.
2. Garage: The rental includes a garage allowing you to shelter your vehicle, bicycles or motorcycles. Please note height limited to 1.85 meters.
3. Well-equipped kitchen: Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped. We provide tea, coffee pods, sugar, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. You will also find bakeries, supermarkets and other shops in the immediate vicinity.
4. Climatic comfort: Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort, particularly appreciable on hot days in the region (and there are some 😉).
5. Dining nearby: If you prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants near the apartment. We will give you our good addresses.
6. Comfortable rooms: You will appreciate the comfort of our three beautiful rooms: a spacious master bedroom (160*200 bed) with its own bathroom and dressing room, a bedroom with a 160*200 bed and a third with a 140* bed 200. The last 2 each have a very large closet and share a bathroom.
7. Family-friendly: A spacious master bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom. A games room, overlooking the garden, is available for children on the ground floor with a sofa convertible into a bed to accommodate 2 additional people. On request, we provide a high chair or travel cot if you are traveling with a toddler. A WC is present on each floor (3 in total).
8. High-speed connection: Stay connected with our very high-speed WiFi access.
9. Everything is included: You don't need to bring anything in your suitcases. Bed linens, towels, soaps, etc. are provided. are provided. Save room for memories!
10. “Albigeois Knowledge”: due to the proximity of the location of places of knowledge and culture in Albi (faculty, media library, theater, museum), we took “Albigeois knowledge” as our theme. We share a lot of knowledge about the city with you.
11. Parc Rochegude at 400 meters: the largest park in ALBI, a haven of greenery and freshness, is located less than 400 meters from the rental. It has games for children and is home to many birds. Don’t hesitate to cross it to get to the city center.
