Great apartment with 2 bedrooms. Ideal for 4 people or a family. Totally equipped. Has its own private parking. Located very close to Valencia in great district Port Saplaya ( only 5 minutes by car ). It has earned the tourist nickname “Little Venice“. Its ideal both for romantic couples or family vacations. With its nicely designed houses, colorful vegetation, boats, Port Saplaya is one of the best places to try horchata, traditional ice cream or tasty bocadillos de calamares with alioli sauce.

Great place to stay

We loved staying in Alex’s apartment. The beach was a quick walk away and there were plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket close by. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, and my kids loved having Netflix and Wi-Fi when relaxing in the evening. There is also a community pool which was a big hit with my 12-year-old. The centre of Valencia and the Museums are only 20 mins away in taxi. I’d highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay away from the city centre.

Schöne Lage abseits des Stadttrubels

Sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig, ganz nah am Meer. Zum Entspannen bestens geeignet. Die Betten sind recht hart, das ist aber nur für „Weichschläfer“ ein Problem. Es gab eine Strandausrüstung mit Schirm und Stühlen, haben wir täglich genutzt, da am Strand keine Liegen da waren (vielleicht weil die Saison zu Ende geht). Unter der Wohnung eine Eisdiele mit mega gutem Eis. Das Ambiente draußen wie beschrieben wie in klein Venedig. Fazit, wir würden wiederkommen. Einziges Manko, im Bad ist ein wirklich sehr unangenehmer Geruch, der laut den Bewertungen wohl schon länger ist. Dies muss behoben werden , ist vor allem nachts lästig, weil es ein innenliegendes Bad ist.

L'appartement est grand et très bien situé. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Alex. Un petit point négatif le nettoyage de la salle de bain et la machine à laver a besoin d'un très grand nettoyage. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour dans ce logement.

Very good staying

Nice apartement as described in the photos. Plenty of space. Presence of a garage is also a good point (we stayed in November but I assume that during summer it can be difficult to park in this area). Nice point to be underlined is also the fact that it was equipped with a lot of things which are very useful (from salt, to sugar, cleaning soaps etc) which make easier the life for a week in an apartment.

Magnifico

El apartamento es igual que en las fotos, bonito, limpio y moderno. Alex, el anfitrión, muy amable y atento a cualquier pregunta o necesidad. Esta muy cerca de Valencia capital así que te permite visitar la ciudad, al mismo tiempo que relajarte cerca del mar. Desde Port Saplaya estás a menos de una hora de varios pueblos muy bonitos. Además a poca distancia está el Alcampo y muchos restaurantes. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Si tuviera que darle un pero sería que tienen que mejorar un olor un poco extraño en el apartamento pero ya le hemos informado a Alex y seguro que se encarga de solucionarlo. Muchas gracias Alex.
