Absolutely amazing rental! We had 3 small families and had an amazing time using the pool, camp fire set up (they provided fire wood), and all the games/toys this house had to offer. We also hiked directly from the house to the waterfall nearby. Great communication and couldn’t ask for anything more.We will definitely be back!

Family time

Our 3 generation family loved our stay here. The pool and hot tub were great. It was very hot when we were there and the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the house comfortable. When it rained, there were inside activities for all ages. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. Our grandkids loved the welcoming basket of snacks. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean.

Beautiful house for a large group

This house has everything you need to have relaxing and entertaining weekend with a group of friends! Beds were very comfortable, living room was cozy, pool table and plenty of games in living room, basement has a ton of games for kids. Everything was thoroughly designed to create positive experience during stay! Owner was very responsive. We just called her to ask for a starter log for the fireplace. She sent a box of logs delivered within one hour at the doorstep!! Wow!! We will be coming to this house again!

Mini Holiday Getaway

What an amazing weekend and amazing house! Right when you walk in there was a big beautiful Christmas Tree and the house was decorated very festive. Everything was very clean and very up to date. The weather wasnt the best so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoors but it was ok because there was plenty to do indoors. We were 4 families with 14 people altogether and there was more than enough space for all of us. We would definitely love to come back and stay at this property!

Family celebration and get-to-together!

This property was 5 stars all the way around. The cleanliness, the attention to detail with the design and amenities made available. The pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and games were absolutely great. We played and lounged hard. Town and neighbors were quiet, but during appropriate hours you felt comfortable have a good time on your own. All areas and aspects of the house were clean and well kept. AC was perfect and lots of fun games and entertainment. Don’t miss out on these accommodations because the pictures don’t do it justice. I hope you all have as much fun and we did. Cheers! BR

Incredible Home, Incredible Stay!

This home was perfect from start to finish. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating when I had a question, and provided a very in-depth and helpful welcome guide to prep for our stay. The home was clean, beautiful, and ready for us, including some snacks and linens. This property is gorgeous, and very secluded, making it awesome for family gatherings. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable, and we will certainly be back in the future!

Spacious and well appointed

This is a beautiful house that had everything we needed for an easy and entertaining stay in the Poconos. We were two families--7 people total, so we had more room than we needed. The game room, pool table, and hot tub were awesome. Lots of windows and natural light, and very clean. Nice, secluded location on the edge of the park, but close proximity to restaurants and activities. We will be back!

Large and well maintained property with great beds, large rec room with children's activities, lovely individual amenities. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. If occupying with young children, it would be wise to have them sleep on the top floor to decrease sound.

This was the perfect property for a quick weekend getaway. The property is exactly as described and had plenty of great space. Jennifer is an amazing host...very communicative and responsive to any questions. There are lots of games and activities for great family time and the kitchen and bathroom basics that are provided add that extra touch. The house was very comfy and cozy. Best weekend getaway

Honestly, this is hands down the best property I’ve ever rented for a large party of friends. The house is accurate with the pictures. Everything is just so nicely organized, for example, all the balls (volleyball, basketballs) were nearly tucked away, lights spread out all over the house were clearly labeled but not distracting enough to be an eyesore. This property has everything to accommodate my group of 10 friends for a perfect weekend getaway! Some of the highlights from this property: A heated in ground pool, fire pit, a STUNNING bbq set up with ample counter space, basketball and volleyball setup, a large table to accommodate all 10 guests in a square table so we can all talk to each other instead of a long table, billiards table, LARGE POTS, 2 ovens! This house was absolutely perfect and we will 100% rent again. Forgot to mention! Jennifer was an outstanding host and responded to all my messages within the hour! Communication was so effective and aided in making this experience the best weekend getaway!

Escape to Emerald Villa!

We were delighted with all of the amenities Emerald Villa had to offer. The initial contact and interaction with the owners was positive and warm. Making the booking process very easy and worry free. Responsiveness regarding questions (even for batteries, which were dropped off) was met with friendly and expeditious service. Excellent hospitality! The home is situated midway down a country road sandwiched between picturesque farmland and forest that lets out to the Stage Trail State Park. The serene environs are accented by the local wildlife of gentle deer and hummingbirds and a small stroll down past the quaint church to the intersection you will come across the local horses grazing and at play behind a pleasing turn of the century barn. The home is perfect for a family getaway. We were a party of (9) adults and our furry friends. Everything we could ever need was available. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool, utensil, gadget and appliance which made things so easy. Every room (including bedrooms) were spacious and immaculately clean. The bathrooms are modernized tastefully and clean and the beds and furniture comfortable. Plenty of entertainment to keep us busy, both indoors and out… HOWEVER, the cherry on top - THE POOL (where we spent most of our time) which was MAGNIFICENT. Lounge chairs for sunning and plenty of inflatables and water sport toys to play with and built-in seats in the pool perimeter to sun and keep cool! The backyard was equipped with a tremendous grill and counter area as well as a fire pit with seating for evening s’mores roasting and ghost stories. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the Hot Tub. Emerald Villa does not disappoint. It truly is special! We will certainly be back!!!
