The second bedroom, located across from the master, features two queen bunk beds and a hallway bathroom. The first level hosts the third bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjacent full bathroom.

Guests must register with the Towamensing Trails Association (consist of vehicle registration) Provide vehicle information four days before check-in.

Wristbands provided (8 per group); grants access to all community amenities; children 5 and under exempt from having to wear wristbands.
Community access to all facilities.

Pet Policy:
Pets permitted with prior approval; $125 per pet (max 2); guests responsible for cleanup and wildlife awareness.
