Marina Garden Apartment

This is the best, newest and most exquisite apartment complex that the luxurious area of Albufeira Marina offers. Built modern, fully equipped with cutting-edge technology. All apartments have a lift, the entrance gates are automatic. There is a large garden where you can find common areas of barbecue, a volleyball court on the hill, a football field, a playground for children, a pool area and an outdoor gymnasium for you keep in shape!

The Beach and Albufeira's old town are 20 minute walking.



In addition to all the gadgets that the apartment has (internet, satellite tv, air conditioning, automatic shutters, elevator) the condominium still has a giant pool (for adults and another for children) football field, volleyball field, gym outdoor, a zone with park for the children, barbecue area and a large garden where you can walk.

The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help. They can even utilize all the areas that this complex offers.

The complex also has a private park.

The neighborhood of this complex is very much sought after by families and people who seek the quiet and simultaneously the city and all basic necessities less than 15 minutes.

It is a zone created less than 15 years ago (the complex is less than 6) very luxurious and designed by the best architects of Portugal. Around the complex there are only villas and places suitable for holidays.

Customers prefer this location also because they are less than 10 minutes away from foodshops, restaurants, the frontline of Marina where you can do many boat trips and see the dolphins, visit the natural grottos and caves, have fun in theme boat parties and much more. There are also several places where your children can have fun.

The nearest beach - Fisherman's beach - is the best known beach in our beautiful region and you can reach it in a 20 minute walk. There are other beaches, such as S. Rafael beach which are within a 30/40 minute walking.



The apartment complex is a 5 minute walk from the Marina, a large leisure center, restaurants, food shops and transport areas.

From there, you can get taxis, transfer cabs, public bus, tourist bus and other means of transportation such as Tuk-tuk, which takes you all parts of our beautiful city.

Still, you can walk to the center of our city which is only a 20-minute walk away. You do not need a car, because everything is near! All guests staying in this area are walking to the beach and to the old town center of Albufeira.

The complex has private parking.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.
