On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower, as well as a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms, both en suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing family meals with ease.
Outside, the property features a pleasant swimming pool at the back, a barbecue area for outdoor dining, and a rooftop terrace ideal for watching the sunset.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the propertyâs location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

I loved the peace and quiet in the area. The location had everthing we needed in walking distance. Customer service was fab. Villa was great but needs some tlc to be up to standard expected
Not a lot to love at Villa Maldives except having a pool (and a nice pool man) and the neighborhoodâthe pictures misrepresent what's inside, from the pergola on the patio that does not exist, to a dirty tablecloth draped on top of a dirty old couch, and stained and uncomfortable furniture. The cleaning crew missed several spots. Etc. Etc. My concerns were heard but the way this property manager is structured it's clear local employees who are perfectly friendly have no power to address things beyond offering to clean again.
The check in process is absurd. I had to upload a selfie of myself holding passport and was told the Portuguese government requires this, yet no other hotel or villa in Portugal requested this of me. A friend came to visit and I had to do the same for his papers, but there was no way to share the link to have him do it himself. The "mandatory check-in welcome" is a sales pitch for group tours and was scheduled for me on my own vacation. It felt like having to do work for them. This company needs serious updating to its business practices and some training in how to treat people, including its employees, with respect and dignity. Absolutely will not rent with this company ever again.
