The room was huge. The bed was amazing. The jacuzzi tub was heaven. Breakfast was great. Fast, easy check in. Very quiet, especially for where its at. The price is unbeatable! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again.

The property was ok some things weren’t exactly clean the fridge in the room was the main one however overall the hotel itself was alright breakfast was ok the only issue I had was the area my best advice for anyone is don’t go out at night though that is both for most areas in Albuquerque and not just the hotel so overall the hotel is ok not the cleanest but staff where alright it’s just the cleanliness and most importantly the area

Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very poor. The floor had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. Turned our feet and socks black!! Water from tap stank and caused both of us upset stomachs! It was located very close to Old Town which was a bonus. Get it clean and it would be a good place to stay.

Great value.

Friendly staff; free hot breakfast was great. Appeared room floor was mopped but walked across when wet leaving dirty tracks. Bathroom was clean. Overall, great value.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind. The temperature gauge was hard to adjust and tended to blow air continuously directly at the bed. The sink drain smelled really horrible even after I dumped shampoo down the drain. The frig had to be turned on which we did not read about until our sodas did not get cold overnight.

Spent the night during a road trip with my dog. The staff (both evening and morning) were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The breakfast was great and the location was very close to Old Town Plaza.

The room was dirty I found a sock outside the bathroom, the person at the counter was nice but really hard to understand his accent was strong and the area is very sketchy and people outside looked very suspicious kind scary not going to lie . I won’t NOT recommend

We only spent one night and left early, but we did walk 5 or 6 blocks to Old Town for dinner when we got there. There were a few restaurants to choose from as well as shops to look in. The property was fine for our needs we flew in and it was jumping off point for our trip. I had no issues and was pleased to see some of the water conservation choices being made on the property. It was a little noisy, but it was on a very busy street so that's to be expected. We grabbed a muffin to eat on our way out too and that was nice, it got us down the road a ways before we stopped for lunch. I had no contact with staff after checking in.
