First impression was great; however, the mattress was much too worn and saggy that offered no support, which caused back aches by morning. The full length glass panel between the sleeping area and bathroom provided no privacy, particularly for the shower since behind the glass was the shower itself. We couldn't believe the odd design. It also brought too much light into the main area when the bathroom light was on. Forget about sleeping in while the other one showers earlier. The lobby, grounds, and other areas were beautiful and the staff were super nice.

Beautiful room, great bathroom, my only complaint we couldn’t get the heat to work right in our room. We would turn up and after a few hours it would shut off, it was 59 in the morning, couldn’t get phone to work to call lobby. I should have gotten dressed and gone back down.
