I will never stay at this property again. Construction and a closed pool happens but your failure at basic management made this review happen. Your staff at level 5 answering the phone were extremely rude and condescending. Unfortunately if you are not aware of how this “hotel” works, the staff made us feel stupid. This is not a great business strategy for hotels. Had to request room cleaning and the cleaning was irregular day to day. I will absolutely tell everyone I know how substandard your “hotel” truly is. A dozen other things too. Level 5 staff answering the phone are rude to those simply asking questions. Staff was unconcerned and not to be bothered. This is NOT even close to a 4 star. Unprofessional, uncaring and uncommitted.

The property was beautiful. A bit disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub were closed for servicing (without any notice). The gym was nice but lots of little things like 2 of the 5 treadmills didn’t work. Disappointed to pay a resort fee of $140 which paid for pool/hot tub (closed), gym (had to wait for treadmills), valet (didn’t use once as we were able to park right in front without a problem) and bottled water. That was some expensive water! Would have been nice if they offered to give a discount on the resort fee without pool/hot tub amenities.

Great hotel & location

Great hotel and location. We loved walking to old town and then eating at Sawmill Market right across the street. Rooms were very nice and public areas nicely appointed. The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly (a big shout out to Noah who was wonderful!).
