Room was fine. 2nd room was dirty. Front desk more than accommodating. Breakfast was good. Helper was not. Sat on her phone while tables were dirty. In the three mornings we were there, none of the tables were ever cleaned after last customers. Area where ice machine was filthy.

I honestly can’t believe I stayed in the same hotel that has all the good reviews. This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, as far as the condition of the property. The common areas and our room are extremely old, in disrepair, and filthy. It smelled like cigarette smoke, sewage, and other odors the entire time. Doors to the rooms are oddly tall and narrow, making it awkward to get inside while wheeling a suitcase. Toilet seat broken. Holes in the walls in bathroom and main room. Stained bedding and carpet. Phone didn’t work, alarm clock unplugged. We stayed 3 nights, our room wasn’t cleaned/turned over after the first night even though we left around 10 am and did not return til evening. The next day we went by the front desk on our way out around 10 am to ask that it be cleaned. When we returned at 8 pm the bed was unmade, there was no bath mat, and a wet towel was left in the tub. Don’t even ask about the dirt on the ice machine - yikes. I will say the staff at the front desk and at breakfast were very kind and wonderful to chat with, very helpful and full of thoughtful suggestions on things to do with my young child as well as balloon festival tips. And the little balloon backdrop for photos they set up was SUPER cute! But they’re the only redeeming thing. This building needs a massive remodel/refresh. It’s dark, dirty, and honestly kind of creepy.

Room was fine had the amenities that I needed. Was noisy being off the highway but that's the case for a lot of the same hotels. It is a bit older and has quirks and some leaks but I had no issues with it

During our stay housekeeping came in and turned over our room even tho we still had another nights stay. They threw away items such as clothing, electronics and food. The manager offered her own charger but nothing was done to make this situation right.
