Hotel needs work but you get what you pay for. Floors looked like they were going to cave in. Guess it’s a good place to sleep if you aren’t picky. One hallway even smelled like urine.

Let's just say you get what you pay for. But come on Motel 6, burn holes and very dirty shower curtain and on the bedding? Specially in a non-smoking room. My choices were limited as it was a busy weekend. Room was cheap so I didn't expect much but that grossed me out!!! I would like to mention though the staff were awesome!

I booked this hotel as was was close to the event I was going too, had to pay a $15 early check in fee as advised my room was not ready I arrived 45 mins before check in time and was made feel like I inconvenienced them but wanting to still wanted the early check in as had to get to concert, so I paid and was told that it would take half hour but after paying my money the room was ready in 12 mins !!! The lady at reception was absolutely disrespectful and I watched her check in other people who she knew and didn’t charge them literally straight after me and before the 3pm. I booked an extra night as wanted to have a downtime day after the event and relax by the pool b it the pool was empty and wasn’t even any chairs around, saw them shoved in the bushes. The only live thing about this place were the two gentlemen that worked at night and the housekeeper that did the speedy job and helped me the next day. I will never stay there again and definitely not recommend

The property is outdated and could benefit from some improvements. I booked here last-minute after getting into town on a late flight, and it was good enough for a short night’s rest, but I would look for something nicer if I were planning to be in ABQ for more than a day.

Neighbors were LOUD, they were up all night and have a 4 yr old and he kept getting woke up, no at the front desk, tried calling the front desk at least 9-10 times and they wouldn't answer or they would pick up the phone and hang up right away.
