The faucet to the shower was leaking and very noisy. Couldn't sleep. The wall had a giant crack in it, the sliding balcony door would not close or lock. The toilet was dirty as well. Also, I don't believe I got my deposit back for the room.

The carpet was badly stained, the bathroom was not clean, with old dirty grout and repaired sealant. It took us 10 minutes to find the breakfast buffet because there were no signs or anyone at the desk to ask. We wandered around until someone finally told us. I will not be staying there again. There was also old blood stains on the comforter!

Very dissatisfied!

This was the work exception ever. The lamp shades were all damaged and one lamp was broken and missing a bulb. There were smears of some brown substance on the walls and substance that looked like puke on the work frame. Some sort of liquid dripped down the front of the dresser. The sliding glass door was filthy and the dripped could have used a more thorough vacuuming. The whole hotel was shabby and could do with some paint. The lobby was depressing. We didn't want to eat there so we even vacated before breakfast was served.

First thing I noticed upon entry w a s that the toilet tank was continually running. Parts of the drain to the tub were not affixed to the tub, but laying on top of the tank lid. I did check-in to the room approximately 5:00PM. When i got to the room, the air conditioner was not functioning. I tried to make adjustments, could not. I reported it to the front desk, and i was told when i left at 5:30 that someone would be dispatched to take a look at it. When i returned to the room, it was midnight, and the air conditioner was still not functioning. I reported it to the young man who had just begun his shift, and he promptly gave me a different room, and that was satisfactory. Something that simple could have been taken care of by the young lady who checked me in when i reported it, instead she told me she would take care of it, then forgot about me.

Horrible check in. Man at the desk was rude. Wasn't helping us out. Was worried about others walking in and out. Was rude when I told him I didn't have a confirmation number and I only had an itinerary number. Asked him many times to look me up by name and just stood there. Had to call hotels.com to get the reservation canceled. However, charges are still showing in my bank

I booked a "stay cation " for my family from the 19th through the 21st, the pictures on the website looked awesome... I booked through Trivagio, who sent me to expedia.com and I got the room for us. The place sucked! Another post following with more pictures and more explanation! Light didn't work, black mold on the bathroom popcorn ceiling, pool was disgusting, whirlpool had a sign saying that the jets weren't working, etc. I also was charged an extra $300 because we lived in town. I told the woman at the front desk that we were NOT staying there and that I wanted a refund and she said "Not going to refund you, you already checked in, but I can give you another room" (we were booked into room 148) and she gave me a room card for room 147, just as bad as the original room we got! I didn't have anyone I could call (she wouldn't give me a number) so we were stuck there. No restaurant on the premises (which it showed in the pictures), we did the breakfast buffet on Friday and I ended up getting food poisoning... NEVER go there!!!

This was an old hotel and it showed with how dirty it was. The carpet was dirty and stained, the shower had dirt/mold in it. No daily housekeeping. The side doors were not locked, allowing anyone in. The TV did not work.

The staff were great, the beds were comfortable, but everything else was run down. The carpet was dirty, with stains possible gam or vomit, chunks, Lamp shades had holes, mold in the bathtub dripping when you turned off, hole behind the toilet broken curtain rod TV was overheated and broken.

Keep driving. This place was horrible. Filthy. Everything was broken and old and disgusting. The pools light was broken and floating in the pool. One guest was acting a fool at the pool swinging on her boyfriend and no one took notice. My kids were scared and didn’t even want to stay there. The website is super misleading. I can’t believe places like this still exist.

Everything was great about the hotel. Excellent staff, very good continental breakfast, clean. The parking lot was dark and a box van drove near me and I ran to the front desk because I felt VERY insecure.

Our rooms ac went out on the third day of our stay and we had to move rooms 4 times, we waited over an hour and a half to even get maintenance into our room just for him to confirm a breaker was out but he would get go to the front desk and get us different room keys, he didn’t we went down 45 minutes later to find out he never even told the front desk we would need to switch rooms. Thankfully after an hour of switching rooms, the last room we stayed in was cleaner and had actual pillow cases instead of just pillow protectors, and nicer amenities. We did enjoy the breakfast area and the person working the front desk the day we left was really kind and helpful.

Pool had too much chemicals after service & staff said the hot tub was fixed but only filled half-way couldn't enjoy the jets from it-useless, front elevator out of service so had to walk a football field's length to next elevator & it 100° in it, the luggage cart was bent & broken, interference on tv channels, vending inop, ice maker inop 2nd & 3rd floors- had to go to 1st floor for ice, workout weight room door broken-out of service, very long walk to breakfast & wife got diarrhea afterwards, overall very poor maintenance.
