Casa Alamar is located in Alcamo Marina and is just 120 meters from the magnificent gilt sand beach. The House consists of two verandas, one at the entrance and one at the back completely covered where you will find a kitchen, table and chairs, a barbecue area and a laundry area. Inside there is a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV room, a brand new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Parking is public but is easily found next to the house. The house has an air conditioner in the sleeping area and free internet service is available. The location of the house is strategic because of its proximity to the junction of the A29 Palermo - Mazara Del Vallo highway reachable in 5 minutes by car. The extreme proximity to the sea certainly makes it more usable for families with children who do not want to use the car to get to the beach. Right next to Casa Alamar you can find the Bar Restaurant Pizzeria Windsurf, and at 800 meters instead you can find a supermarket. Tourist tax, security deposit and bath/bed linen to be paid at check in.
