Villa DellAcqua is a splendid retreat near the beach, where the sea and tranquility meet. Outside, you are welcomed by a magnificent 4×8 m infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare — the perfect spot to admire enchanting sunsets — framed by an olive garden. The panoramic sun deck surrounding the pool is furnished with modern loungers and seating, offering the ideal space to unwind between swims, enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze with a view that stretches to the horizon.

The spacious and airy veranda is the heart of outdoor living: an elegant wooden table and a barbecue area — equipped with both gas and charcoal grills — create the perfect setting for Sicilian-flavored lunches and dinners. For added convenience, you’ll also find an outdoor hot-water shower and a dedicated laundry corner.

Inside, the home opens into an elegant open-plan space where the bright living room and the fully equipped kitchen merge into a welcoming environment, perfect for spending quality time together. The sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option for those who prefer separate beds or simply want a cozy corner to relax. From the adjoining terrace, you can admire spectacular sunsets as the sea glows on the horizon.

The sleeping area is designed for serenity and rest: three air-conditioned bedrooms, wrapped in harmonious and relaxing tones. The master suite with a sea-view terrace offers unforgettable awakenings, while the second double bedroom and the bunk-bed room ensure comfort and space for every guest.

Two modern and functional full bathrooms guarantee comfort throughout your stay. With its 140 sqm, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering generous spaces designed for everyone’s well-being — a place where the authenticity of Sicily meets modern comfort, inviting you to slow down, breathe the sea, and create memories meant to last.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.

The villa is located in Alcamo Marina, just 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Zona Aleccia, where you can choose between free public areas and equipped section with services. Nearby, within a 20-minute drive, you will also find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés, making the location convenient and ideal for a carefree seaside holiday.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
