The Apartment is located in a residential area so you must conform to the community standards of the Playasol building, especially in relation to noise and loud music between 23.00 PM and 10.00AM. Failure to comply with the rules of the house may result in cancellation of the reservation with no right to refund.

The modern property, which has been newly renovated, consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthemore, the apartment offers a private balcony and a private, covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs, and where you can enjoy an evening meal while overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The garden is shared with the other residents of the house and is also available for your use. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Boats can be rented from Marina Alcudiamar, which is approximately 10 minutes away on foot (1 km). The beautiful Alcudia beach is just in front of the garden and from here you have direct access to the beach. Here you can relax on the soft sand or enjoy some water sports.
