The best thing about the villa is the privileged location, just 50 meters from Lake Esperanza and 200 meters from Puerto de Alcudia Beach, the longest sandy beach in all of Mallorca and very close to the area of ​​shops, restaurants and bars.



Outside, the villa has pretty patios perfect for sunbathing. A large open-air dining room in the shade, ideal both for enjoying breakfasts and al fresco barbecues.



Casa Blanca is a single-storey villa that has been completely renovated in 2019. The entrance of the house leads you to a cozy living room where there are sofas, the dining room and the TV area. A few meters away is the fully equipped kitchen.



The villa has 4 rooms in total: 1 room with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 2 rooms with a single bed in each, for a total of 6 people. There are 2 large family bathrooms with showers.



All rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Very good location, but not ok that the AC was off from 9 to 17.30. It definitely should have been informed about that in the advertisment.

Super Kurzurlaub mit Erholungsfaktor!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Josefina war wirklich gut und sie war sehr freundlich. Vor Ort war alles nötige vorhanden, so dass wir alle Tage ohne Probleme selbst kochen und uns verpflegen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist gut eingezäunt, so dass man komplett für sich als Gruppe ist. Die Lage war super, mit Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Man kommt auch überall von dort problemlos mit Bus und Taxi hin. Insgesamt war es für uns ein toller Kurzurlaub, wir würden es nochmal buchen. Wir persönlich haben schon damit gerechnet, dass es ein etwas älteres Haus ist. Somit haben uns Dreck an den Wänden oder Flecken im Poolbereich nicht allzu gestört. Der Vollständigkeitshalber sei es aber erwähnt, dass in dem Haus nicht mit kompletter Sauberkeit zu rechnen ist. Es war trotzdem gut gesäubert und auch im Pool war eine gute Filteranlage. Für uns persönlich war es komplett ausreichend und wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
