Beautiful place with a great pool

Technically walkable but still an hour walk to the actual town however there’s a regular bus that only takes 5 minutes and is a 3 minute walk away (323). The host was extremely responsive and even extended our checkout time by 4 hours! So many things available such as a ping pong table, floaties, towels etc Would highly recommend

Lovely villa in a lovely neighbourhood

Very responsive and helpful host all the way throughout our stay. Quite dated on inside but we didn’t spend much time staying in, so it was fine by us. The pool has been cleaned every day which was great. We had some water issues on day 3 but its been sorted very quickly. Rung the office and they came over within the next hourtwo. The only down side was the AC breaking in one of the bedrooms and they could only fix it after 2 days due to a local public holiday. Please not the barbecue is portable and quite small and we had to buy the charcoal and everything. It looks like a whole villa in pictures but it’s actually a duplex (semi detached) so you can hear and see next door neighbours quite closely. Recommend to rent a car as its not that close to AlcĂșdia port. Great experience overall!

Nice property, comfortable

The property was nice with a beautiful view, pool and ping pong made our days in this villa, terraces in every floor to enjoy the nice weather But we arrived to rhe house with the agent around 4.30 pm, and to our surprise the house was dirty from the last renters, with beds still with dirty sheets and wet towels on the floors, tables with sticky liquids, eventhough they cleaned it and we could get finally into the house at 6.30pm, first impresion was nasty and then it made it difficult to erase that image from your head of how dirty the house was No air conditioning and just 2 fans in a house this big also made it challenging during the hot days and nights We had a good time but there is a lot of room for improvement to give a better experience

Schönes Haus mit toller Lage

Der Start war leider nicht ganz optimal - wir kamen an und das Haus war leider noch gar nicht gereinigt. Nach einem kurzen Anruf wurde uns aber schnell geholfen: WĂ€hrend wir schon die Umgebung erkundet haben, wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist top - sowohl der Strand als auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung des Hauses lĂ€sst kaum WĂŒnsche offen. Ein kleines Manko war die ToilettenspĂŒlung, die manchmal zwei AnlĂ€ufe brauchte, aber ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Einfach ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war bis in die Ecken sauber. Alle Dinge, die man zum Kochen braucht, sind da. Anfragen per Mail werden zeitnah und freundlich beantwortet. Der Pool wurde jeden 2. Tag gereinigt. Es war ein rundum ein schöner Urlaub! FÀllt mir nichts ein.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Alcanada

Ruhige Lage, schöner Pool. FĂŒr Familien eher geeignet als fĂŒr 3 Paare. Tolle Betreuung durch die Agentur, kleinere MĂ€ngel wurden umgehend beseitigt Ausstattung ist etwas erneuerungsbedĂŒrftig, z. B. Matratzen, Liegen und Auflagen. Sonnenschutz könnte besser sein (Markisen oder mehr Schirme). Zugang zur unteren Terrasse/Pool nur ĂŒber den Garten oder durch Schlafzimmer möglich

Nice but needs a renovation

It is a nice house in a nice neighbourhood but it does nead a reno. Kitchen door to balcony is not closing, furniture is old and everything is dated. But for us the matrasses on the beds where the worse. As a family of 5 we hardly got any sleep. Unfortunately we expected more for the price we payed.

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer top gepflegten Umgebung. Der Aussenbereich des Hauses ist großzĂŒgig mit einem schönen, sauberen Pool. Mehrere Sitzbereiche bieten genĂŒgend Platz Das Haus ist sehr lieblos,ohne AtmosphĂ€re eingerichtet, in typischer Ferienhausausstattung. Die HandtĂŒcher haben definitiv schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und mĂŒssten alle mal ausgetauscht werden, z.T. grĂ€uliche Lappen. Auch die BettwĂ€sche macht einen sehr zusammengewĂŒrfelten Eindruck. DuschvorhĂ€nge sind auch nicht jedermanns Geschmack und mĂŒssten dann zumindest hĂ€ufiger ausgetauscht werden, sodass kein Schimmel zusehen ist. FĂŒr uns war das Haus innen eine EnttĂ€uschung.

Fantastic holiday villa

What a great villa! Not just a perfect location for us (less than 10 minutes to sinner great beachs) but very well equipped and a wonderful pool! Our 9 year old was reluctant to leave! The agents (I.P.M.) we're very helpful and answered all our questions.
