With a total of 4 spacious bedrooms, distributed with two double beds and two single beds, the villa provides an ideal layout for family groups or friends. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, which ensures ample space to store clothes and keep everything organised and accessible. Additionally, the villa has 3 modern bathrooms, all equipped with high-quality showers, designed to offer comfort and privacy to all guests.



The interior, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and high-end utensils, will allow you to prepare your favourite dishes with ease. The living room, spacious and bright, is the heart of the villa, with generous spaces for all guests to relax. With modern sofas, elegant decor and large windows that allow natural light to flood the space, the living room offers the perfect atmosphere to share special moments or enjoy a family movie.



The exterior, Amfora has a spacious back garden, where you can enjoy a peaceful private pool, ideal for relaxing under the sun or cooling off on warm afternoons. The garden also offers a perfect space to enjoy outdoor meals or simply rest in a natural and private environment. The villa also has a portable barbecue, which will allow you to enjoy delicious outdoor grills while enjoying the views and Mediterranean climate in the garden.

Located just a few minutes' walk from the nearest shops and restaurants, you can enjoy the authentic local life of Alcúdia, with easy access to all the services and activities you might need. The famous sandy beach of Alcúdia, an ideal destination for sun and sea lovers, is just 500 metres from the villa, making it the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the sea at any time of the day.



Additionally, Amfora is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year. The air conditioning is programmed to operate from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring that the interior environment remains cool and pleasant during the hottest hours.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
