Inside, you’ll find five comfortable bedrooms and two full baths, ideal for families or groups of up to ten. Guests love the cozy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and inviting stone fireplace—perfect for those cool northern Michigan evenings. The laundry room off the kitchen adds modern convenience, while the large covered patio and shoreline fire pit invite you to relax, share stories, and watch unforgettable sunsets.

The location couldn’t be better—just ¼ mile from The Dockside and DeWitt’s Marina, where you can rent a boat or grab a casual lakeside meal. Many guests enjoy paddling, swimming, or renting a pontoon right from the dock. Towels are provided (including some beach towels), and a new gas grill makes lakeside cookouts easy and fun.

All guests must be 25 or older, unless families with small children. A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure, if there are no issues.
